Our Vision
To be of great service to all.
To provide the very best in therapeutic bodywork, and to always maintain a facility that continues to learn, grow, listen and help people on their holistic journey.
Ultimately we created Jasmine Advanced Bodywork and Healing Center to have a place for healing light in our community. This means gatherings, classes, groups using the community meditation room, Qi Gong on the nearby Jacksonville Beach and having great therapists available to those who need healing.
What is Advanced Bodywork?
Massage at its most basic level flushes toxins, creates healthy blood flow and calms the nervous system. Even a light Swedish is relaxing and very beneficial.
Most likely massage was the very first form of therapy. Baby hits its head, mommy intuitively rubs the baby’s head. Baby feels better. Baby stops crying.
But Advanced means you’re going to be moved. Your mind will be moved with your soft tissue. You will be unlocked, or at least begin to be using cutting edge therapies with top notch therapists. Advanced Bodywork is an added component to your routine, or to recover from injury.
What Makes Advanced Therapists Different?
Advanced Therapists are dedicated to their craft for a lifetime – advancing their knowledge and skills. An advanced therapist has extensive knowledge on all the finer points of massage through continued education and training, but mostly through practice.
They understand not only cerebrally, but on a vibrational level, the components of: pulse, breath, touch, flow, movement, stillness, compression and balance.
Over time working with your Advanced Bodywork therapist, we will learn your body and you will continue to improve your ability to receive the therapy. Each session will build upon the last. We can help you unlock your strengths and strengthen your weaknesses. We will continually tailor your therapy based in real time. No two sessions will ever be the same. Thus, creating in no time, the optimum you. .
Meet Our Awesome Therapists
CHAD JASMINE, LMT, NCTMB
OWNER & THERAPIST
MA#33394
Chad is the proud owner/operator (and of course one of the great therapists) of Jasmine Advanced Bodywork and Healing Center. With more than 20 years of experience his expertise is extensive in virtually all modalities of massage. Chad worked six years with the Jacksonville Jaguars as their massage therapist and continues to work with professional athletes such as pro golfers, tennis players and endurance athletes.
Chad is a master at balancing the body and helping influence the posture necessary to oppose gravity properly, but his true passion is just simply helping people heal themselves. His vast areas of training include Visceral Work, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Structural, Craniosacral and Energy work, just to name a few.
His many years of experience have lead to his own innovations, such as “Myo-Spiral Therapy” (facial lengthening and unwinding) as well as his latest invention “Passive Limb Suspension” – where joints, such as shoulder, elbow and wrist or hip, knee and ankle are suspended via resistance bands. In this suspended state total passivity can be achieved thus making the massage or manual therapy incredibly effective in a brand new way.
Chad is also a Qi Gong instructor and teaches a sunrise class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday on the beach just a short walk from his practice in beautiful Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
Additionally, Chad is a breathing coach. Teaching many techniques that ultimately stimulate the body’s own healing process. Many of Chad’s clients add a half hour of breathing to a massage session, or they can simply book a breathing session as a stand alone service.
SHEILA JASMINE, LMT, CPMT
OWNER & THERAPIST
MA#53664
Sheila began her own self-healing journey long before she became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2008. It began while living overseas in Australia, where she was injured in an auto accident and found herself living in chronic pain. Her search for relief led her to massage therapy, Ashtanga yoga, and Buddhist teachings.
After spending a few years being inspired by many teachers and healers, she decided to return to the states and begin her career in massage therapy. Now, after many years of experience in the field, her expertise is vast and spans a wide range of modalities in the healing arts.
Myofascial Release, Visceral Bodywork, Pelvic Pain, Lymphatic and Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Scar Management, Soothing PTSD, Food Healing, and Pediatric Massage are just a few of the treatments she offers. Sheila is certified in Lymphatic and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
With a history in dance, movement, and yoga, as well as being a Qi Gong instructor, Sheila has recently started holding meditation and movement classes at the center and on the beach.
Along with her advanced massage techniques, she also helps people heal from the inside out as a Certified Food Healer (through the Supreme Science Foundation).
When asked to explain her work Sheila says, “Everyone’s body is unique and therefore I’m always learning. I try to create a safe place for my clients to connect to their innate healing frequencies. I’m a facilitator who works deeply with a light touch. My aim is simply for my clients to leave feeling lighter.”

Testimonials
Helping people treat their pain and achieve optimum performance.
Chad Jasmine is a massage therapist’s massage therapist. He has a genuine love and passion for his work and each client…he works each muscle group or the areas that affect my performance; he goes into 100% detail about my pain;and he also describes the actual muscle by name for me. This attention to detail is what brings forth success…and that’s Chad. I’d recommend him to my grandmother, the ultimate love of my life. Chad is definitely a winner!
Over the course of my career, I have often turned to The Wright Center and its professional staff. Whether I’m healing from injury, or trying to achieve structural balance. The Wright Center has helped me maintain my performance at the highest level.
I have found Chad’s unique method of Structural Bodywork to be a tremendous asset to both me as an Ironman Triathlete and to our players. His advanced massage skills and his genuine compassion for his clients make him one of the best massage therapists with whom I’ve had the pleasure to work.
Over the past ten years I’ve witnessed what the music of Chad Jasmine does for students and patients I’ve taught and treated, both in my clinical massage therapy schools and practices. His music not only assists in the unwinding of the mind and body but it causes it. All music found on Chad’s Therapy Division label is superb, a must have for therapists and anyone who just loves great music.
I first learned of Chad when he was recommended to my wife by a good friend. When my wife came home raving about another man, I did what any other male would do, I went to see Chad too. At the time, I was struggling with hip pain and weakness that made me think that my joint was failing (not an uncommon ailment for a tennis player). Chad figured out that there was a soft tissue injury along with muscle imbalance that was exacerbating the issue. He treated the symptoms and pain, but more importantly the imbalance which was at the root of it all.
Chad has great experience in athletics and, as a basketball fan; I love his stories about the great Coach John Wooden, among others. I highly recommend you utilize Chad’s services whether you are trying to achieve great things in athletics or just trying to have a little less pain during the course of your day. He’s the best!
